Tomato, Pepper & Paprika Soup - on the log burner!!

- 1 yellow pepper, chopped

- 1 red pepper, chopped

- 1 green pepper, chopped

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 clove of garlic, chopped

- 1/2 tsp chilli powder

- 1 tsp paprika

- 6 large tomatoes, chopped

- 2 pints of chicken stock

- salt & pepper

Pop all ingredients in a heavy base pan, pop on the log burner (if you don't have one, use your hob on a medium heat) for 2 hours, keeping it hydrated if needed.

Once cooled, blend then sieve to remove the pepper and tomato skin.
